Purpose and scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the \u201cGTC\u201d) apply to all services offered by:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZL CORMEILLES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SASU with share capital of <strong>\u20ac1,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of <strong>Pontoise under no. 935 120 584<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Address: Boulevard du Parisis, Building A, ZAC Les Bois Rochefort, 95240 Cormeilles-en-Parisis<\/p>\n<p>Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>2. Description of services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The center offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>free-roaming virtual reality<\/strong> experiences,<\/li>\n<li>scripted VR games,<\/li>\n<li>arcade games,<\/li>\n<li>a snack service,<\/li>\n<li>private hire and private events (birthdays, team-building, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The characteristics of the services (duration, capacity, minimum age) are indicated on the website and\/or on-site.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\"><strong>3. Access conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>3.1 Arrival<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Participants must arrive <strong>15 minutes early<\/strong> for briefing, equipment fitting, and safety checks.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>3.2 Late arrival<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A <strong>15-minute<\/strong> grace period applies.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond this: the session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 No refund.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>3.3 Minimum age<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Access to VR experiences is permitted from <strong>13 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>3.4 Minors<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and\/or provide <strong>parental authorization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>3.5 Contraindications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>VR is not recommended for people who are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>epileptic,<\/li>\n<li>pregnant,<\/li>\n<li>suffering from heart conditions,<\/li>\n<li>prone to dizziness or balance disorders,<\/li>\n<li>experiencing psychological disorders that may be aggravated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>4. Safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Participants agree to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>strictly follow staff instructions,<\/li>\n<li>not run, push, or perform dangerous actions,<\/li>\n<li>not remove VR equipment without authorization,<\/li>\n<li>handle the equipment with care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of the session <strong>without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>ZL Cormeilles is covered by professional public liability insurance appropriate for its activity.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>5. Booking<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bookings can be made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>via the <strong>website<\/strong> (Stripe payment),<\/li>\n<li>by <strong>phone<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>or directly <strong>on-site<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A confirmation email is sent after each booking.<\/p>\n<p>Certain experiences require a minimum or maximum number of players.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>6. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>6.1 Prices<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac), including all taxes.<\/p>\n<p>They may change, but remain guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>6.2 Accepted payments<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online<\/strong> payment via Stripe<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-site<\/strong> payment (bank card &amp; accepted methods)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An invoice is available upon request.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>7. No right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with Article <strong>L221-28 (12\u00b0)<\/strong> of the French Consumer Code:<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>leisure activities provided on a specific date or at a specific time are not subject to the right of withdrawal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Any booking is final.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>8. Cancellation, changes &amp; late arrivals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>8.1 By the customer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Flexible policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to <strong>48 hours before<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>a credit note<\/strong> is issued<\/li>\n<li>Less than 48 hours \u2192 <strong>no refund<\/strong>, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability<\/li>\n<li>No-show \u2192 no refund or credit note (a goodwill gesture may be considered)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>8.2 By the operator<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In the event of a technical incident or force majeure:<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 a <strong>reschedule<\/strong> or a <strong>credit note<\/strong> will be offered.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 no bank refund.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>8.3 Late arrivals<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Grace period: <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>, no refund.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>9. Technical issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>breakdown,<\/li>\n<li>software bug,<\/li>\n<li>hardware crash,<\/li>\n<li>significant interruption,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>the operator will offer:<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 a <strong>credit note<\/strong>, or<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 a <strong>reschedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No cash refund will be granted.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>10. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>10.1 Customer liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>their behavior,<\/li>\n<li>proper use of the equipment,<\/li>\n<li>any damage caused by negligence or intent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"h5\"><strong>10.2 Operator liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The operator is not liable in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>failure to follow instructions,<\/li>\n<li>health conditions incompatible with the activity,<\/li>\n<li>dangerous behavior,<\/li>\n<li>loss or theft of personal belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Liability applies only for direct damage caused by proven fault.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>11. Private hire and events<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Private hire, birthdays, team-building, and corporate events may require:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a quote,<\/li>\n<li>a deposit,<\/li>\n<li>specific conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>12. Insurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>ZL Cormeilles is insured with:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allianz IARD \u2013 Policy no. 64395065<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Included cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>public liability (business operations),<\/li>\n<li>electrical damage,<\/li>\n<li>fire,<\/li>\n<li>water damage,<\/li>\n<li>legal protection,<\/li>\n<li>business interruption,<\/li>\n<li>standard cover applicable to the operation of a leisure center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>13. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>VR content, images, logos, texts, and materials are protected.<\/p>\n<p>Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>14. Personal data (GDPR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Data controller: <strong>ZL Cormeilles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Purposes: booking management, customer communication.<\/p>\n<p>GDPR rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection.<\/p>\n<p>Contact: <a href=\"mailto:contact@zerolatencycormeilles.fr\"><strong>contact@zerolatencycormeilles.fr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h4\"><strong>15.
