(hereinafter the \u201cGTC\u201d) are intended to define the rights and obligations of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZL DAMMARIE<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>A simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of <strong>\u20ac10,000<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>Registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Melun under number <strong>982 547 309<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>With registered office located at:<\/p>\n<p><strong>824 Avenue du Lys \u2013 La Cartonnerie, Unit 3, 77190 Dammarie-les-Lys<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOperator\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>These GTC apply to all services offered by ZL Dammarie-les-Lys, including in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>virtual reality (VR) experiences,<\/li>\n<li>arcade games,<\/li>\n<li>snack services,<\/li>\n<li>private hire and private events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any booking constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">2. <strong>Description of services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The center offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>free-roaming<\/strong> virtual reality experiences,<\/li>\n<li>scripted VR games,<\/li>\n<li>arcade games,<\/li>\n<li>snack services,<\/li>\n<li>private events (birthdays, corporate events, team-building, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The essential characteristics (duration, capacity, minimum age) are indicated on the website and\/or on-site.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">3. <strong>Access conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">3.1 Arrival at the center<\/h3>\n<p>Participants must arrive <strong>15 minutes before<\/strong> the scheduled time in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>receive the safety briefing,<\/li>\n<li>be equipped with VR gear,<\/li>\n<li>check contraindications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">3.2 Late arrivals<\/h3>\n<p>A <strong>15-minute<\/strong> grace period applies.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond this time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the session may be shortened, OR<\/li>\n<li>rescheduled subject to availability. \u2192 No refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">3.3 Minimum age<\/h3>\n<p>Access to VR experiences is permitted from <strong>13 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">3.4 Minors<\/h3>\n<p>Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and\/or provide <strong>parental authorization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">3.5 Contraindications<\/h3>\n<p>VR is not recommended for persons who are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>epileptic,<\/li>\n<li>pregnant,<\/li>\n<li>suffering from heart conditions,<\/li>\n<li>subject to dizziness or loss of balance,<\/li>\n<li>suffering from psychological disorders that may be aggravated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Operator may refuse access in the event of an obvious risk.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">4. <strong>Safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Participants undertake to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>strictly comply with staff instructions,<\/li>\n<li>not run, jump, push, or perform dangerous actions,<\/li>\n<li>not remove VR equipment without authorization,<\/li>\n<li>use the equipment with care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of the session <strong>without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The center is insured with <strong>Allianz IARD (policy no. 62991940)<\/strong> for VR operations and related activities.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">5. <strong>Booking<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bookings may be made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>online via <strong>Stripe<\/strong> (secure payment),<\/li>\n<li>by phone,<\/li>\n<li>directly on-site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A booking confirmation is sent to the customer by email.<\/p>\n<p>Certain experiences require a minimum or maximum number of players.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">6. <strong>Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">6.1 Prices<\/h3>\n<p>Prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac), including all taxes.<\/p>\n<p>They may change but remain guaranteed on the booking date.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">6.2 Accepted payments<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online<\/strong> payment via Stripe<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-site<\/strong> payment (bank card and other accepted methods)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An invoice is available upon request.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">7. <strong>No right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with Article <strong>L221-28 (12\u00b0)<\/strong> of the French Consumer Code:<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities provided on a fixed date or at a fixed time.<\/p>\n<p>Any booking is final.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">8. <strong>Cancellation, changes, and late arrivals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">8.1 Cancellation \/ change by the Customer<\/h3>\n<p>Flexible policy identical to the Cormeilles venue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Up to 48 hours before<\/strong>: \u2192 issuance of a <strong>credit note<\/strong> valid for rescheduling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 48 hours before<\/strong>: \u2192 no refund. \u2192 rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No-show (unannounced absence)<\/strong>: \u2192 no refund or credit note (except for a goodwill gesture at the center\u2019s discretion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">8.2 Cancellation by the Operator<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of a technical incident, breakdown, or force majeure:<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 a <strong>reschedule<\/strong> or a <strong>credit note<\/strong> will be offered.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 no bank refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">8.3 Late arrivals<\/h3>\n<p>Grace period: <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>session shortened, or<\/li>\n<li>rescheduling subject to availability. No refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">9. <strong>Technical issues<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>equipment failure,<\/li>\n<li>software bug,<\/li>\n<li>significant interruption,<\/li>\n<li>or inability to complete the session,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>the Operator will offer:<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 a <strong>credit note<\/strong>, or<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 a <strong>reschedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No cash refund will be granted.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">10. <strong>Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">10.1 Customer liability<\/h3>\n<p>The Customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>their behavior,<\/li>\n<li>proper use of the equipment,<\/li>\n<li>any damage caused by negligence or intent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fees may be charged in the event of damage.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5\">10.2 Operator liability<\/h3>\n<p>The Operator declines all liability in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>failure to follow instructions,<\/li>\n<li>a health condition incompatible with the activity,<\/li>\n<li>dangerous behavior,<\/li>\n<li>loss or theft of personal belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Operator shall be liable only for direct damage caused by its proven fault.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">11. <strong>Private hire and events<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Private hire, birthdays, or corporate events may be subject to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a quotation,<\/li>\n<li>a deposit,<\/li>\n<li>specific conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">12. <strong>Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>ZL Dammarie-les-Lys is insured with Allianz IARD (policy no. 62991940), including in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>public liability for operations,<\/li>\n<li>electrical damage,<\/li>\n<li>fire,<\/li>\n<li>water damage,<\/li>\n<li>legal protection,<\/li>\n<li>business interruption, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">13. <strong>Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The VR content, texts, images, logos, and materials of the center are protected by intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n<p>Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">14. <strong>Personal data (GDPR)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Data controller: <strong>ZL Dammarie-les-Lys<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Data collected during bookings are used for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>session management,<\/li>\n<li>communication with the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer has the following rights:<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection<\/p>\n<p>To be exercised via the email address: <a href=\"mailto:dammarie@zerolatencyvr.fr\">mailto:dammarie@zerolatencyvr.fr<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">15. <strong>Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These GTC are governed by French law.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the <strong>courts within the jurisdiction of Melun<\/strong>, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"1.
