1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to all services offered by:

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
2. Description of services
The center offers:
- free-roaming virtual reality experiences,
- scripted VR games,
- arcade games,
- a snack service,
- private hire and private events (birthdays, team-building, etc.).
The characteristics of the services (duration, capacity, minimum age) are indicated on the website and/or on-site.
3. Access conditions
3.1 Arrival
Participants must arrive 15 minutes early for briefing, equipment fitting, and safety checks.
3.2 Late arrival
A 15-minute grace period applies.
Beyond this: the session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
→ No refund.
3.3 Minimum age
Access to VR experiences is permitted from 13 years old.
3.4 Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and/or provide parental authorization.
3.5 Contraindications
VR is not recommended for people who are:
- epileptic,
- pregnant,
- suffering from heart conditions,
- prone to dizziness or balance disorders,
- experiencing psychological disorders that may be aggravated.
4. Safety
Participants agree to:
- strictly follow staff instructions,
- not run, push, or perform dangerous actions,
- not remove VR equipment without authorization,
- handle the equipment with care.
Any dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
ZL Cormeilles is covered by professional public liability insurance appropriate for its activity.
5. Booking
Bookings can be made:
- via the website (Stripe payment),
- by phone,
- or directly on-site.
A confirmation email is sent after each booking.
Certain experiences require a minimum or maximum number of players.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes.
They may change, but remain guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.
6.2 Accepted payments
- Online payment via Stripe
- On-site payment (bank card & accepted methods)
An invoice is available upon request.
7. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 (12°) of the French Consumer Code:
➡️ leisure activities provided on a specific date or at a specific time are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Any booking is final.
8. Cancellation, changes & late arrivals
8.1 By the customer
Flexible policy:
- Up to 48 hours before → a credit note is issued
- Less than 48 hours → no refund, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability
- No-show → no refund or credit note (a goodwill gesture may be considered)
8.2 By the operator
In the event of a technical incident or force majeure:
→ a reschedule or a credit note will be offered.
→ no bank refund.
8.3 Late arrivals
Grace period: 15 minutes, no refund.
9. Technical issues
In the event of:
- breakdown,
- software bug,
- hardware crash,
- significant interruption,
the operator will offer:
→ a credit note, or
→ a reschedule.
No cash refund will be granted.
10. Liability
10.1 Customer liability
The customer is responsible for:
- their behavior,
- proper use of the equipment,
- any damage caused by negligence or intent.
10.2 Operator liability
The operator is not liable in the event of:
- failure to follow instructions,
- health conditions incompatible with the activity,
- dangerous behavior,
- loss or theft of personal belongings.
Liability applies only for direct damage caused by proven fault.
11. Private hire and events
Private hire, birthdays, team-building, and corporate events may require:
- a quote,
- a deposit,
- specific conditions.
12. Insurance
ZL Cormeilles is insured with:
Allianz IARD – Policy no. 64395065
Included cover:
- public liability (business operations),
- electrical damage,
- fire,
- water damage,
- legal protection,
- business interruption,
- standard cover applicable to the operation of a leisure center.
13. Intellectual property
VR content, images, logos, texts, and materials are protected.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal data (GDPR)
Data controller: ZL Cormeilles
Purposes: booking management, customer communication.
GDPR rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection.

15. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law.
