1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) are intended to define the rights and obligations of:
ZL DAMMARIE,
A simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €10,000,
Registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Melun under number 982 547 309,
With registered office located at:
824 Avenue du Lys – La Cartonnerie, Unit 3, 77190 Dammarie-les-Lys
(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”)
These GTC apply to all services offered by ZL Dammarie-les-Lys, including in particular:
- virtual reality (VR) experiences,
- arcade games,
- snack services,
- private hire and private events.
Any booking constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.
2. Description of services
The center offers:
- free-roaming virtual reality experiences,
- scripted VR games,
- arcade games,
- snack services,
- private events (birthdays, corporate events, team-building, etc.).
The essential characteristics (duration, capacity, minimum age) are indicated on the website and/or on-site.
3. Access conditions
3.1 Arrival at the center
Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time in order to:
- receive the safety briefing,
- be equipped with VR gear,
- check contraindications.
3.2 Late arrivals
A 15-minute grace period applies.
Beyond this time:
- the session may be shortened, OR
- rescheduled subject to availability. → No refund will be issued.
3.3 Minimum age
Access to VR experiences is permitted from 13 years old.
3.4 Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and/or provide parental authorization.
3.5 Contraindications
VR is not recommended for persons who are:
- epileptic,
- pregnant,
- suffering from heart conditions,
- subject to dizziness or loss of balance,
- suffering from psychological disorders that may be aggravated.
The Operator may refuse access in the event of an obvious risk.
4. Safety
Participants undertake to:
- strictly comply with staff instructions,
- not run, jump, push, or perform dangerous actions,
- not remove VR equipment without authorization,
- use the equipment with care.
Any dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
The center is insured with Allianz IARD (policy no. 62991940) for VR operations and related activities.
5. Booking
Bookings may be made:
- online via Stripe (secure payment),
- by phone,
- directly on-site.
A booking confirmation is sent to the customer by email.
Certain experiences require a minimum or maximum number of players.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes.
They may change but remain guaranteed on the booking date.
6.2 Accepted payments
- Online payment via Stripe
- On-site payment (bank card and other accepted methods)
An invoice is available upon request.
7. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 (12°) of the French Consumer Code:
➡️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities provided on a fixed date or at a fixed time.
Any booking is final.
8. Cancellation, changes, and late arrivals
8.1 Cancellation / change by the Customer
Flexible policy identical to the Cormeilles venue:
- Up to 48 hours before: → issuance of a credit note valid for rescheduling.
- Less than 48 hours before: → no refund. → rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
- No-show (unannounced absence): → no refund or credit note (except for a goodwill gesture at the center’s discretion).
8.2 Cancellation by the Operator
In the event of a technical incident, breakdown, or force majeure:
→ a reschedule or a credit note will be offered.
→ no bank refund will be issued.
8.3 Late arrivals
Grace period: 15 minutes.
Beyond this:
- session shortened, or
- rescheduling subject to availability. No refund.
9. Technical issues
In the event of:
- equipment failure,
- software bug,
- significant interruption,
- or inability to complete the session,
the Operator will offer:
→ a credit note, or
→ a reschedule.
No cash refund will be granted.
10. Liability
10.1 Customer liability
The Customer is responsible for:
- their behavior,
- proper use of the equipment,
- any damage caused by negligence or intent.
Fees may be charged in the event of damage.
10.2 Operator liability
The Operator declines all liability in the event of:
- failure to follow instructions,
- a health condition incompatible with the activity,
- dangerous behavior,
- loss or theft of personal belongings.
The Operator shall be liable only for direct damage caused by its proven fault.
11. Private hire and events
Private hire, birthdays, or corporate events may be subject to:
- a quotation,
- a deposit,
- specific conditions.
12. Insurance
ZL Dammarie-les-Lys is insured with Allianz IARD (policy no. 62991940), including in particular:
- public liability for operations,
- electrical damage,
- fire,
- water damage,
- legal protection,
- business interruption, etc.
13. Intellectual property
The VR content, texts, images, logos, and materials of the center are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal data (GDPR)
Data controller: ZL Dammarie-les-Lys
Data collected during bookings are used for:
- session management,
- communication with the customer.
The customer has the following rights:

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts within the jurisdiction of Melun, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
